DJ
AMETHYST AND PHIL REYNOLDS
"See No Evil" Original and Lab 4 Remix
It
all began at a party somewhere in Acton . . .
It was a dark and stormy night, the wind howled, the door
slammed, somebody screamed. (Pause) There, by the boarded
up window, stood the Scottish madman. In undertones he muttered
unintelligibly, "If you say see no evil backward, you
get live on ees."
This is a sign from above, thought DJ Amethyst and Phil
Reynolds, seeing no evil.
'Shall we write it?'
Back at the Phoenix Studios somewhere in Ealing, "See
No Evil" was born. With swirling 303 lines, fat no-nonsense
bass and a JP8000 melody that reaches out from the mayhem
to grab you by the throat and by the soul, all stemming
from a massive build up which rocks any dance floor anywhere.
If you can still hear the tune above the screaming, you
are playing the warm up at the mortuary for sure!
The Scotsman was mad, but then so is this tune. So much
so that the awesome Lab-4 put their unmistakable signature
upon it too. All in all, an exciting first release from
Hinotori Sound, showing you exactly where we they are coming
from, and where they are going.
Melodic Nu-NRG Trance is here. Hinotori Sound shows that
it's not just the Germans that know how to do it. Tried,
tested and immortalised at Omnipotence, the cutting edge
trance night in Brixton, this tune has blown many a crowd!
We're
confident - drop this, stand back and watch as the roof
blasts off!
